Group A: Clean, updated in most of the house if not all of the house, no clutter or issues
Group B: Livable but dated, overall clean and mostly in working order, not rough around the edges, just needs to be cleaned with some minor fixes
Group C: Needs cleaned out, holes in wall, outdated, likely has some clutter and a few issues like leaking roof, a busted window or two, etc…
Group D: Could be trashed by a tenant, hoarder situation, vacant/squatters tore it up. Likely needs major clean out, most major repairs like roof, HVAC, windows etc… along with full cosmetic update
Group E: Possible tear down, boarded up doors/windows, foundation issues, holes in roof, gutted, trashed, everything needs to be updated/replaced or torn down and built new.
